body poetry

MENDOTA : the Sioux name for ‘the mouth of the river’ this has been one of my soft spots for sadhana for 2 decades. Each day the water reveals a new alter. Practicing variations on the theme of Humming Dragon, under the big sky. In the deepest sense, the body is the most intimate place, your clay home in this universe. The body shapes emptiness, poignantly, becoming fluid sculpture, where the mystical and sensuous are no longer separable.
