Transformational Sleep

The Nidra practice is an expedition into transcendental waking sleep. It allows you to experience your depths, & the vastness of possibilities that are innately yours, & all it takes is deep relaxation, in tandem with awareness, to access them. The first aim of Yoga Nidra is to grant you effortless, as it heals the mind and body. The second aim is related to cognition: as it expands, harmonizes, & honors your intellectual and intuitive capacities– and beyond, calling in a lasting kind of impact. The third aim is transformation in your relay-ship with your living resolutions, what is called your SANKALPA, the elevating focus you can follow on your path, above all else. Lastly, but indeed the ultimate the aim of this practice is awakening. Get some good headphones, lay back for the next 30 minutes, let this practice move you closer to your extraordinary essence, let it be a step closer to fulfilling your reason for being here, alive on this planet now, in these times of profound change, growth, and transubstantiation. Through the years of engaging with a Nidra practice I have witness how it has truly helped me thrive relationally & creatively. It has helped me to connect to & be contracted with grace, to contemplate the void, and slip into a sublime state of healing, sweetness, & inspiration, that is always there, on the other side of the noise we carry within.
