Putting a mantra on internal loop, is like running a program on the mind that removes all the viruses that have gotten in from external sources, so you are more sovereign as yourself, & more exuberantly available to life. Recitation practice can help you reduce any resistance you might be carrying, and cultivate an elevated relationship with joy.
