STEWARDS OF CONTINUITY – PRACTICES FOR SELF TRUST

One of the many many contributions that Aristotle made to humanity, was the idea of the Entelechy, which is an incredible allurement, when we let it be so. The Entelechy is the version of you that is fully ripened, formed, & characterized by a wisdom that reaches back to the dawn of time. If you had been buffing and polishing yourself, for 1000 years, just imagine how reliable & grounded you would be. In this way, you would most likely be the wise sage you would turn to, in any situation requiring reflection. You would be the one to trust, for you would have been well shapened, adjusted, & attuned, by the great journey of time. Just imagine the quality and consistency of your self knowledge, after so many years of working the template of selfhood. Just imagine your understanding of patience, your welcoming of silence, your ease with joy, your ability to feel the deepest grooves in the human experience. Just imagine your profound connection to the whole of nature and the rhythmic cyclicality of beingness. Even just simply turning your attention toward this, as a possibility, can get you feeling connected to something bigger, something higher, something wiser, and something that is within you, fully, now. In this practice we soothe the nervous system, and melt into the embodied elegance of the entelechy. These are practices for taking that leap of faith, into an expanded perceptual reality, into the elongation & extension of your breath’s capacity, & into the activation of your aspirations. Go into the inside of your inside, into the movements that stir your depths, feeling for the shoots that call you into expression as a steward of continuity. Find your signature pleasure, & your primal creative voice. See beyond the particular ways life has trained you… and welcome in another way, that is not so other, and that involves no othering. Find your myth, and the story your consciousness really wishes to tell, every time you think or speak.

STAY COURAGEOUS, STAY SOFT, STAY HUMAN.

WE ARE ALREADY THE ONES WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR.
