Everything in life is our practice, & everything that touches us can bring us deeper into the heart of our practice, so to feel everything that is showing up in the human spectrum, so to sit with it, without wanting to necessarily change it. Whether it is grief, joy, uncertainty, bliss, or anything in-between, when one works with mantra, it tunes the mind, making gratitude more available, and giving us direct access to our resources and tools. Inside this session, we use the practice of mantra to create a great burning. To burn the non-necessaries, the illusions, the pre-occupations, the separation, so to be in relationship with reality, as it is now.

Get some good headphones, or plug into a good speaker for this deep dive gong meditation. You can either absorb this session, strictly as a listening meditation, or engage in the activation meditation, simultaneously.
