Inside this session we work with the Thunderbolt meditation, which is a great ally for breaking free from the grip of the riptide, whenever it may show up in life. This is a meditation for balancing the three gunas, which are the energetic qualities and attributes that create everything in the universe. This meditation, is particularly helpful for restoring mental balance, and dismantling phobias. In this season of emergence, as the world is opening back up, what is needed is a humanity who is natural with their own sense of Knowing. Use this session to anchor into that frequency, for yourself, and for every exchange you may make, with every living person, animal, or plant. Meditation is like strength training for the muscle of the mind, and the resulting clarity and sense of place, can be better than gold.
