Tender Self Searching – Transformational Rest

The practice of learning how to rest while remaining aware can move you closer to fulfillment, wellbeing, radiant health, and the kind of inner silence that cures all, as the old Vedic texts say. This practice of falling asleep to the outer world and awakening to the inner, can clear much of the noise we carry around with us at all times, so we can, thereby, be in touch with the ponderousness of the void, and the miraculous sweetness that surrounds us at all times. Great transformations need a beginning, let these moments of stillness, and tender self searching create a safe space for slowing down and noticing what is wishing to find its start within you. To slow down is not synonymous with being unproductive, in-fact, we are more productive when we are intentional and not just fast. Enjoy finding a deeper freedom of being ness, in the multitudes you contain.
